Milliken Mills is located in south-east Markham in Ward 7. This neighbourhood shares its south border along Steeles Avenue with the City of Toronto. Milliken’s north boundary is Highway 407. The west boundary is Warden Avenue and industrial parkland and the east border is Markham Road and the Rouge River Valley.
